I am writing to provide reference to Finn Morgan-Roberts, who is applying to you as an Animation Trainee. I have known Finn for 3 years, in the capacity of tutor, while he studied on the BA (Hons) Animation course at UCA Farnham. 

Finn demonstrated remarkable personal and professional qualities during his time as a student. He is diligent, hardworking and his enthusiasm and creativity were exceptional. He consistently pushed the boundaries of what could be achieved at graduate level, exploring, and combining multiple animated techniques including 2D, Stop-frame and CG animation to a professional standard. He was and excellent student achieving a 1st Class Hons. 

Finn’s stop-motion and CG animation work was particularly impressive, and his films achieved incredible success among international film festivals, earning him multiple awards. His graduation film was of an exceptional standard. 

Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly, Finn is an excellent human. His enthusiasm for filmmaking was infectious and had an impact on his year group while he was at UCA. He is always polite, appreciative and an excellent team player, whilst also able to work on his own, independent initiative. He is a sponge for information and absorbs new ideas and techniques with a seemingly unstoppable appetite. Finn is exceptionally creative, and I hope to work with him again in the future. I could not recommend him highly enough, and truly wish him the best for all his future goals.

Finn seamlessly integrated with their fellow ambassadors, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere. His teamwork skills significantly enhanced the quality of our events.

Moreover, Finn exhibited a remarkable aptitude for following instructions with precision and diligence. His attention to detail and commitment to adhering to guidelines ensured that all tasks were completed accurately and on time. Finn's reliability greatly contributed to the smooth execution of our events.

Finn also impressed us with their helpful and welcoming demeanour. He went above and beyond to assist prospective students and their families, providing valuable information and support. His friendly and approachable attitude left a lasting positive impression on our visitors, making them feel comfortable and valued.

In summary, Finn Morgan-Roberts was an exemplary Student Ambassador who excelled in teamwork, demonstrated a strong commitment to following instructions, and consistently exhibited a helpful and welcoming attitude. I have no doubt that he will continue to excel in any role he chooses to pursue.
